i am childish!

before everyone has a field day and start to cite instances about how childish i can be... the inspiration behind this title (and post) is the way we like to combine two words just to 'truly express' the magnitude, scale and our response to something. for instance, gi-normous is a combination of gigantic and enormous, fugly is of course used to describe someone / something that is f**king ugly... 

so from henceforth (or rather just today) i will accept people calling me childish because i am stylish in children's fashion! CHILD-ISH... haha...

i know, many of you are doing a double take on what i just said. me, the online editor, in children's fashion? how is that possible for someone who is 1.78m and not exactly wafer thin to do that? yes, it's confession time. one of my 'biggest secrets' is my shopping in the junior sections of certain labels. of course you will not be able to fit into the clothes of three to four year olds BUT the sizes usually range all the way to fourteen years old.

therefore, if you did not explode into someone else after you turn fourteen, (yes, a bit more muscles, a couple more centimetres taller...) you can get nice fitted tees and polo tees from the children's section.

another reason why i prefer shopping in the junior section are the lower prices. i have, on many occasions, paid half the price for a usual polo tee from the adults' section.

finally, colours are definitely brighter (read: variety) and fabric choice offers more comfort... 

so there you have it, one of my best-kept secrets! fash'on... BAM!
